After
further, extensive post-indictment investigation by the
Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys and investigating
detectives assigned to this case, and upon the discovery
of additional information, there is a lack of
sufficient, credible evidence to proceed.

responsibility is to seek the truth and justice, and not
just to convict. Therefore, the right and proper
decision is to dismiss this case without prejudice at
this time.”
