The
assistant prosecuting attorney will set up a date and time for you to meet someone shortly
before the scheduled trial date. This will enable you to meet the attorney who will be
presenting the case of behalf of the State of Ohio for which you are a witness. It is also
the time when you will be reviewing the facts of the case in preparation for your
testimony at trial. The prosecuting attorney will explain your role as a witness and
answer questions about what you may expect when you testify.
