Consumer Fraud

Due to the rise in consumer fraud / white collar crimes, the Fraud and Economic Crimes Division was established to investigate and prosecute complaints received from citizens regarding fraudulent conduct. These cases usually are very complex and time-consuming, requiring prosecutors and investigators who have specialized training and experience to solve and successfully prosecute these offenses.
